What’s the difference between maintenance and support?
Maintenance keeps your site’s core systems healthy, covering plugin updates, CMS patches, backups, and bug checks. Support covers everything else: content changes, layout tweaks, feature upgrades, and troubleshooting when something breaks. Most clients need a mix of both.

Do I need a support retainer if my site was built to be self-managed?
Not necessarily, but one does give you peace of mind. Even well-built sites run into third-party conflicts, new feature needs, and staff changes. A retainer gives you quick access to our team when things get busy, weird, or mission-critical.

Can you support a site you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. We’ll start with a technical deep dive into its setup, structure, and maintainability. If the bones are solid, we can work with it. If they’re not, you’ll get a straight answer, and a path forward if you need one.
